Ingredients
For the Acai Bowl:
½ frozen banana
1∕3 cup frozen blueberries
1∕3 cup frozen strawberries
34 leaves kale, de-stemmed and chopped
1∕4 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon acai powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup fresh blueberries (optional)
For the Super Seed Sprinkle:
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon hemp seeds
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
1 teaspoon ground flax seeds
