Welcome to another of my delicious cheesecake recipes and this one is really special because it has been made in the Airfryer rather than the Instant Pot.

120g Soft Cheese
30g Icing Sugar
40g Coconut Sugar
50g Plain Flour
70g Butter
2Tbsp Greek Yoghurt
1Tsp Vanilla Essence
