This overnight oatmeal is based on the “Almond Joy” candy bar – except this version is healthy and sugar-free!
Ingredients
1 overripe banana
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup rolled oats (gluten-free if necessary)
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1/3 cup yogurt
½ cup almond-coconut milk (or milk of choice)
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
1 tablespoon slivered or chopped almonds
Extra coconut and almonds, to serve
