Easy vegan and a healthier option to an all time classic: Flavored milk. Enjoy fruity strawberry, rich and bold cocoa and distinct matcha flavor.
Ingredients
1 cup almonds (soaked for 6-8 hours)
4 cups water
3 dates or a bit of maple syrup
pinch of salt
♥ Strawberry flavor:
1 cup almond milk
5 strawberries
maple syrup to taste (optional)
♥ Cocoa flavor:
1 cup almond milk
1 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoons maple syrup to taste (or 2 dates)
a bit of vanilla extract (optional)
♥ Matcha flavor:
1 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon matcha powder
1 tablespoon maple syrup (or 2 dates)
