Anjeer and Nuts is a heavenly combination in sweets. Sweet shops in India sell a lot of these during Diwali. Remembering those rich barfi I wanted to make something light and healthy. In this recipe I have used no sugar, sweetness comes from the dates and anjeer. These will definitely satisfy the sweet cravings and works as a great option for lunch box snacks.
Ingredients
dried figs 1 cup finely chopped
pitted dates 1 cup finely chopped
almonds 1 cup
cashews 1/2 cup
pistachios 1/2 cup
cardamom 1 pod
ghee/ clarified butter 1 tbsp
