1 (16 oz) bottle unfiltered apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup manuka honey, warmed until runny
1/2 large lemon, rind sliced into 1/4” strips
3/4 oz fresh rosemary
1 tbsp turmeric
2 tsp red chili or cayenne
