1/3 cup rolled oats
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup yogurt
¼ cup apple juice or milk
Half an apple
2 tablespoons chopped nuts
1 tablespoon dried fruit (chopped if large)
Blueberries (or other fruit), to serve
