Apple Pie Quinoa Porridge

A simple version of a classic comfort food! And a great way to use up leftover grains!
Ingredients
2 cups prepared quinoa, leftover or cooled completely
1 apple, cored then diced, small
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1 cup vanilla almond milk (more if you want a thinner porridge!)
2-3 Tablespoons maple syrup, adjust sweetness to taste- or if you have sweetened almond milk
½ teaspoon cinnamon
pinch of salt
2 Tablespoons of raisins
