Ingredients
For the Overnight Oatmeal:
1 cup spinach, stems removed
¼ cup milk of choice
¼ cup apple juice
1 green apple
2/3 cup rolled oats (gluten-free if necessary)
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch freshly grated or ground nutmeg (optional)
2/3 cup yogurt
1 tablespoon whiskey (or more)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Frozen Yogurt Topping:
1 overripe banana, frozen
¼ cup yogurt, frozen in an ice-cube tray
Rainbow sprinkles (optional)
