A Vegan Ethiopian dish with spiced cabbage, potatoes, carrots and onions.
Ingredients
1 TBSP olive oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 carrots, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp ginger, minced
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 head of cabbage, thinly sliced
4 potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
salt & pepper
