Baked Avocado Fries with Lemon Pepper Aioli

Sliced avocado breaded and baked to a crispy golden brown served with a lemon & pepper aioli dipping sauce.
Ingredients
3 ripe avocados
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 eggs
2 cups panko bread crumbs
1 TBSP cooking oil
For The Aioli:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon zest
1 TBSP lemon juice
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
dash salt
