Baked French toast with whipped Greek yogurt and candied chai pecans!
Ingredients
1 or 2 long loaves of french bread (or sourdough), 1-2 days old works best
⅓ c. olive oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
⅓ c. packed light brown sugar
6 large eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. heavy cream
1 T. vanilla extract
¼ tsp. salt
Maple syrup, for serving
Warmed berries or your fruit of choice, for serving
Candied chai pecans, for serving (recipe below)
