Banana + Blueberry Muffins

These vegan, gluten free and dairy free muffins are a wholesome snack option.
Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup buckwheat flour
1 cup almond meal
2 tbsp chia seeds + 6 tbsp water
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp bicarbonate soda + 1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp coconut nectar (or other sweetener rice malt syrup, honey, maple syrup etc)
Optional:
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp protein powder
2 tsp maca powder (for fertility boosting goodness)
Nuts, seeds or extra coconut to make the tops look pruuudy
