Everyone loves banana bread, right? Right?? Well, here’s a much healthier baked oatmeal version!
Ingredients
1 overripe banana
1/3 cup almond milk (or other milk)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon molasses
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch fresh (or ground) nutmeg
½ cup rolled oats
¼ teaspoon baking powder
Tiny pinch of salt
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
