A naturally sweet, crunchy and completely addictive granola that pairs the flavors of banana bread with toasted coconut and cashews.
Ingredients
3 cups old fashioned oats
¾ cup cashews, roughly chopped
⅓ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
¼ cup coconut flour (optional)
1 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
1 banana, mashed
2 tbs coconut oil, melted
⅓ cup honey
½ tsp coconut extract (optional)
