Sick of store-bought gluten-free bread? Turn it into French toast! Since gluten-free bread tends to be very dry, it’s perfect for soaking in a custard-mixture and pan frying.
Ingredients
1 very ripe banana
¾ cup almond milk
2 teaspoons ground flaxseeds
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 slices gluten-free bread*
Maple syrup, to serve
*Alternatively, use regular bread that is 2-3 days old
