Ingredients
1 cup (240ml) milk of choice
1 cup (250g) yogurt of choice
2 medium bananas (use frozen if you prefer a thicker consistency)
¼ cup (30g) protein powder of choice
⅓ cup (85g) peanut butter or other nut/seed butter
optional: sweetener to taste
