Decandent Sticky Sauce, Soft sweet banana’s and to top it all off a dairy-free ice-cream – who wouldn’t love Bananas Foster?? Bonus – they’re vegan!
Ingredients
50 grams dairy-free Butter
½ cup packed brown sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
2 TBS banana liqueur (preferable, but can be substituted for any other liqueur on hand)
2 ripe bananas, peeled and quartered
3 TBS rum or other spirit
Vegan ice cream, to serve
