1 cup spelt flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 eggs, separated
¼ teaspoon molasses
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons yogurt
1 cup milk
¼ cup frozen blueberries
¼ cup frozen raspberries
Maple syrup
Fresh berries (optional)
