Ingredients
1½ c. warm water
2 T. light brown sugar
1 package active dry yeast (2¼ tsp.)
4 oz. (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
1½ tsp. sea salt
4½ to 5 c. all-purpose flour
Canola or olive oil, to grease bowl
3 quarts water
⅔ c. baking soda
1 whole egg, beaten
Coarse sea salt to sprinkle on top
