A delicious, moist banana bread without any dairy or eggs!
Ingredients
1 cup of of unbleached, all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of whole wheat flour (or another 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour)
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/3 cup of canola oil
1/2 cup of brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
3 small to medium bananas, mashed (about 1 heaping cup)
1/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts (optional)
Earth Balance Coconut Spread or vegan butter for serving
