These simple no-bake Biscoff Peanut Butter Balls with mini chocolate chips and coconut are perfect as a pre-workout snack, breakfast, or even dessert!
Ingredients
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup Biscoff
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons almond meal
3 tablespoons whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut (Optional)
3 tablespoons vegan mini-chocolate chips (Optional, I used Enjoy Life Brand)
