Blondies:
1½ cups Bob’s Red Mill Organic Unbleached White Flour 7½ ounces
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1½ cups packed light brown sugar 10½ ounces
12 Tbsp unsalted butter at room temperature
2 large eggs
1½ tsp vanilla extract

Frosting:
4 Tbsp unsalted butter at room temperature
6 oz cream cheese
1 ½ cups confectioners’ sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
Pinch of salt
