These delicious scones are made with sweet blueberries, oatmeal, coconut oil, and a dash of cinnamon. Vegan + Gluten Free!
Ingredients
1 cup almond Milk
1 Tbs apple Cider Vinegar
2 cups oat flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ cup + 2 Tbs coconut oil, in solid cold form
¼ cup mashed banana
3 Tbs agave
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup rolled oats
1 heaping cup frozen blueberries, not thawed (fresh works too)
