Blueberry Coconut Waffles for Two

The perfect weekend blueberry waffle recipe for two. Subbing in chocolate chips would be delicious as well!
Ingredients
1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
1 TB baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp fine sea salt
1 TB coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond or coconut milk
1 1/2 TB coconut oil, melted
3 to 4 TB fresh or frozen blueberries
coconut oil cooking spray (regular works fine, too)
