Gluten-free, cheesy, gooey bread in just 20 minutes.
Ingredients
1 egg
⅓ cup olive oil
1.5 cup milk (start with 1 cup and add more as needed)
Scant 1½ cups tapioca flour (tapioca starch)
½ cup packed grated cheese of your choice (I like the combination of cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese)
1 teaspoon salt
