Breaded Mushrooms

Breaded mushrooms with tartar sauce and potato salad – a classic Austrian dish and a vegetarian alternative to Schnitzel.
Ingredients
600g potatoes (cooked)
1Tbsp onion (diced)
1Tbsp chive (chopped)
2Tbsp sunflower oil
1Tbsp apple cider vinegar
25g lamb’s lettuce
salt
pepper
400g mushrooms
50g flour
150g breadcrumbs
2 eggs
5Tbsp milk
200ml rapeseed oil
1Tbsp onion (diced)
1-2Tbsp gherkins (diced)
1-2Tbsp capers (chopped)
100ml mayonnaise
1 lemon
Worcester sauce
