Bright Green Pea Hummus

I present you with a hummus twist, a spring version. Green pea hummus! You can call it a pea mash or pea dip or pea whatever. The recipe includes tahini, so I go with hummus. The flavors of bright peas, cilantro, tahini, lemon, garlic, cumin and evvo go so well together. I ate my whole batch in two days.
Ingredients
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
1/4 cup fresh cilantro (including stems)
2 tbsp. tahini (see recipe for homemade tahini)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 small cloves or one large clove chopped garlic
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
sprinkle of candied sesame seeds (optional)
Kosher salt
