Vegan & gluten-free buckwheat turmeric pancakes with warm berry sauce. So healthy and incredibly delicious!
Ingredients
Pancakes:
2 cups buckwheat flour
1 banana
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon cardamom (optional but tasty)
3 teaspoons organic turmeric powder
1½ cups nut milk of your choice (I used almond)
2 Tablespoons coconut oil
Berry Sauce:
1 cup frozen or fresh berries
1 Tbls maple syrup
