Buffalo Cauliflower Pizza with White Garlic Sauce
This Buffalo Cauliflower Pizza with White Garlic Sauce is packed with flavor and spice, and if completely dairy free!
pizza dough (homemade, store bought, gluten free— your choice!)
1 1/2 cup steamed kale
1/2 avocado, diced
fresh chopped parsley
For the Buffalo Cauliflower:
1 Medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite sized pieces
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon butter (vegan or regular) or coconut oil
1/3 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
3 tablespoons sriracha
3 tablespoons coconut milk (I used light)
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 Medium yellow onion, diced
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons flour (whole wheat, gluten free, your choice)
1 cup almond milk
salt and pepper
