Buffalo tofu wings have all the spiciness you love with a great “chew.” Pair with the dairy free ranch for a great combination.
Ingredients
For the Non Dairy Ranch:
1 cup unsweetened soy milk
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
¾ cup veganaise (any egg free mayo is good)
½ teaspoon onion powder, more or less
½ teaspoon garlic powder, more or less
½ teaspoon dried dill, more or less
1 teaspoon dried parsley, more or less
salt and pepper to taste
For the Buffalo Tofu Wings:
1 pack tofu, drained, pressed and cut into desired shape
3 tablespoons vegan spread
¼ cup hot wing sauce
