Butternut Tahini Spread

Super easy, crazy good roasted butternut squash dip. Move over, hummus!
Ingredients
20 oz / 567 g package cubed butternut squash, or 1 large (approx 2 lb) butternut squash, peeled and cubed
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbs olive oil
3 Tbs tahini paste
1/3 cup / 80 g Greek yogurt
1 small garlic clove, minced
1 tsp sesame seeds (mix black and white if you have them)
1 tsp date syrup (or maple syrup or molasses)
