Caprese Pizza on Naan Bread

This caprese pizza is so easy to make and it’s got so much flavour from fresh basil, fresh mozzarella, and a drizzle of balsamic reduction!
Ingredients
1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
2 pieces of naan bread (mine were 125g each and low fat+low sodium)
1 small can of pizza sauce
250g of fresh mozzarella, cut into slices
handful of fresh basil leaves, chopped
1/2 of a tomato, sliced
olive oil
