1 cup of buckwheat flour
1 cup of almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
(opt) 1 tsp cinnamon
To cook with:
vegan butter (non-hydrogenated) /regular butter /oil
To top (optional):
chopped walnuts
honey or maple syrup
