1¼ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp cardamom
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp salt
¾ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup packed light brown sugar
2½ large carrots, shredded
2 large eggs
¾ cup vegetable oil
-For the Frosting-
8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
