Ingredients
3 cups carrots, grated
1 knob ginger, peeled
1/4 cup Greek plain yogurt
1 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon honey
handful of ice
Instructions
1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
2. Blend on high until smooth.
