Between the carrot, the ginger and the strawberries, this smoothie is packed with so many health benefits I don’t even know where to begin. Just go make it.
Ingredients
1 half large carrot, chopped or shredded
5 frozen strawberries
1 tsp grated ginger
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup water
1 tsp flaxseed
1/2 – 1 tsp maca powder (optional)
8 cashews (optional)
small handful spinach (because why not? you won’t even taste it)
