3/4 c onion, diced
non-stick spray
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 tsp sesame oil
1/2 c carrots, 1/4 in diced
1/2 c frozen peas
1/4 c green onions, chopped
1/4 c low-sodium soy sauce
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
