Cauliflower Wings Two Ways: Raspberry Sriracha and Classic Buffalo
Two great ways to enjoy veggie ‘wings’! Classic buffalo and raspberry sriracha with seasoned breading.
Basic Wings (to make two batches)
2 large heads of cauliflower, cut into florets
1 3/4 cups of all purpose flour (or chickpea flour for gluten free)
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
fresh ground black pepper, to taste
Raspberry Sriracha Glaze (to coat one batch)
3/4 cup raspberry jam
2 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon siracha
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 lemon, juiced
Classic Buffalo Sauce (to coat one batch)
1/4 cup your favorite prepared buffalo sauce
1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
