Quick and easy Indian style masala curry, chayote squash curry is a healthy dish to have with any Indian bread or just rice and dal!!
Ingredients
1 chayote squash/seemebadanekayi, peeled and chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 small tomato, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 green chili/jalapeno, slit
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon Kitchen King Masala powder
½ teaspoon jeera/cumin seeds
2 teaspoons of oil
Coriander leaves/cilantro for garnishing
