1 1/2 c crushed graham crackers (about 10 full sheets)
3 tbs packed brown sugar
6 tbs butter, softened
3 8-oz packages cream cheese, softened
1 c sugar
2 tbs flour
3 eggs
1 c sour cream
1 tbs vanilla
8 oz semi-sweet chocolate
1 c heavy whipping cream
4 tbs butter
1/4 c confectioners’ sugar
