Ingredients
2 tablespoons rolled oats
1 tablespoon almond meal
2 teaspoons sliced/slivered almonds
2 teaspoons pumpkin puree (or mashed banana, or applesauce)
1 teaspoon almond milk
1 teaspoon maple syrup
½ teaspoon brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon cornstarch (cornflour)
½ teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
½ cup almond milk, divided into two ¼ cups
20 cherries
2 dates (fresh, not dried), pitted and finely chopped
1/3 cup rolled oats
¼ teaspoon baking powder
