Chocolate covered protein bars
These home made protein bars are super healthy, gluten free and dairy free, with 11 grams of protein, only 10 grams net carbs and 6 grams of fat with only 146 calories per bar. These are a perfect snack pre workout, post workout or simply as a well balanced mini meal.

1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup almond milk
4 scoops Vega protein smoothie in Oh Natural
2 tbsp pomegranate powder by Navitas Naturals
3 tbsp cashew butter, or nut butter of choice
6 tbsp water
4 squares 100% cacao Organic baking bar
