Chocolate Frosted Brownies

Thick and Fudgey Chocolate Frosted Brownies topped with a thick layer of Chocolate Buttercream Frosting.

Chocolate Frosted Brownies:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
¼ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup light brown sugar
1½ cups semi sweet chocolate chips
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup all purpose flour
¼ teaspoon salt

Chocolate Buttercream Frosting:
8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 – 2 cups confectioners sugar
1/4 Silk Soy Milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
