A rich and creamy choccolate ganache incased in a sweet pastry shell, topped with plump juicy raspberries. Purely decadent!
Ingredients
200g dark chocolate
200ml cream 35%
enough raspberry to cover the pie (approx. 2cups)
For the pastry
120g butter, room temperature
100g confectionner sugar
1 egg
200g flour
pinch of salt
