Ingredients
4 Medium Leaves of Swiss Chard, stems on, cut in a few large pieces (about 6 oz)
2 Dates, pitted
2 Apples, small or 1 large, cored (about 11 oz)
1/2 Cucumber, chopped into large chunks (about 8 oz)
1 Banana, frozen
1 C Almond Milk (or water)
1/2 C Water
2 Tbs Natural Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
3 Tbs Raw Cacao Powder
2 Tbs Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
2 Big Handfuls of Ice
