Chocolate Hazelnut Brownies

Rich, fudgy brownies made with decadent chocolate hazelnut spread. These brownies are so fudgy they have an almost truffle-like texture. Hands down, they’re the best brownies you’ll ever have!

⅓ cup cornstarch
¼ cup cocoa powder
½ tsp salt
¾ C chocolate hazelnut spread
1 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
6 Tbsp unsalted butter, cut into 1 tbsp pieces
¾ cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
