A two-layered smoothie – a raspberry smoothie on the bottom, and a chocolate smoothie on the top. Like most smoothies, this one’s gluten-free and grain-free.
Ingredients
For the Raspberry Layer:
½ cup frozen raspberries
2 tablespoons yogurt
2 tablespoons almond milk
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Maple syrup, to taste
For the Chocolate Layer:
1 small frozen banana
¼ cup yogurt
2 tablespoons almond milk
1 – 2 tablespoons cocoa or cacao powder
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Maple syrup, to taste
