Loaded with vitamins and minerals, with this Christmas-colored Green Smoothie Bowl you’ll stay strong & nourished over the holidays
Ingredients
1 cup (30g) spinach
1 cup (50g) kale (or more spinach)
2 bananas
1 apple, roughly chopped
juice of 1/2 lime (or more to taste)
cca 1/2 cup water, coconut water or milk of choice (feel free to use less or more, depending on desired thickness)
optional: 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
additional sweetener if desired (I didn’t use any)
toppings of choice (I used goji berries and chia seeds)
