Chunky butternut squash soup

It’s the perfect cosy, warm you up from the inside, bundle up in a blanket kind of soup. It’s hearthy, creamy, a bit sweet, lots of chunky, healthy comfort food.
Ingredients
3 cups diced butternut squash
1 garlic clove
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 (400ml) can of coconut milk
1 1/2 – 2 cups of vegetable broth (depending on how thick you like your soup)
olive oil
1 cup cauliflower fleurets
1 cup sliced cremini mushrooms
1/2 cup canned chickpea
salt
